Matins, Evensong Opening Night

The astonishing architecture of Wells Cathedral contains a sublime sacred space, the Corpus Christi chapel, which retains the blessed sacrament.

I want my choir of waterbirds and starlings to sing out from their world into this space and connect us to the spiritual.

Being present at this opening event brought me into contact with like minded souls. This is the first time my music has been in a contemporary art show. I’m finding that being part of this community is inspiring me. I’m reconsidering how I think about my future work and how I want to present it going forward.
